Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Webinar

Healthy lifestyle is essential for quality of life when living with a PI. In this webinar we have Kate Battocchio, a dietitian and exercise physiologist from Diabetes NSW to discuss all things nutrition, the impact of lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress and the role of exercise in healthy living.

Hi, I’m Kate. I am a Wollongong local and UOW alumni, active Mum of two and the founder of Eat.Move.Live (IG – @kate_battocchio_eat.move.live).

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Sports Dietitian (Acc.SD) and Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with over 10 year’s experience across research, private practice, sporting teams, teaching, and community health care settings. I am a Health Change Australia certified health coach, and Level 1 ISAK athropometrist. I am currently undertaking training to obtain ANZAED Eating Disorders credential, an area increasing demand and personal interest. I have been working with Diabetes Australia for 6 years where I facilitate group based education and exercise programs for people living with or at risk of diabetes.
