IDFA Shows Complaints Policy

Introduction

IDFA is a not for profit Health Promotion Charity with Deductible gift recipient status with the ATO and a Registered Charity. International Entertainment (Producer/Fundraiser) produces the following shows IDFA hosts:

  • World Festival of Magic Wagga
  • Razzamatazz Canberra
  • Razzamatazz Melbourne
  • Razzamatazz Penrith
  • Circus Quirkus Bendigo
  • Circus Quirkus Burnie
  • Circus Quirkus Cairns
  • Circus Quirkus Lismore
  • Circus Quirkus Mackay
  • Circus Quirkus Newcastle
  • Circus Quirkus Toowoomba
  • Circus Quirkus Townsville

Various Telemarketers assist IDFA in the sale of tickets to these shows.

Corporate and personal donors purchase tickets for IDFA members and carers and other disabled/disadvantaged patients and carers to attend the shows.

Policy

IDFA views all complaints seriously. IDFA is committed to resolving complaints as swiftly as possible.

This Policy is intended to apply to any complaint involving IDFA, International Entertainment, the Shows, Host, Producer, Telemarketers and Ticket Sales.

We regard a complaint as any expression of dissatisfaction about IDFA, our partners, our contracted service providers or anyone else acting on our behalf.

A complaint may be made by a person to whom we deliver services or who is affected by our services, a partner, a local organisation with which we work, our staff, volunteers, donors or a member of the public.

 How complaints may be made

Complaints can be emailed, telephoned or written.
